Avoid this company — extremely unprofessional HR experience. I went through a referral for this opportunity and cleared two technical rounds that focused on my overall project experience and some system design questions. The very next day, I received a call from HR stating that the next step would be a salary discussion round. However, after that, there was no proper communication or follow-up. The HR team was unresponsive and unprofessional throughout the process. Such inconsistent communication and ghosting after multiple rounds can be mentally exhausting and affect one’s peace of mind. It’s disappointing to see such careless handling of candidates who invest their time, effort, and expectations in the process.
