Aurelius Strategy Manager interview questions

I only went through the HR interview. The most memorable part of the interview was the answer I received from the recruiter when I asked about diversity and inclusion at the company. I learned that less than 10% of the team consists of women (not just leadership, the whole team). I expected to hear initiatives put in place to improve this but instead I got the reasoning that women don't want to travel. I don't know what is worse, the fact that they really believe this is the reason, the fact that they put it like this to an interviewee or the fact that they probably don't care. To all the bright talent out there, please don't work for companies that don't align with your values regardless of the role or compensation. Your choice goes a long way.
