Interview
straightforward, conversational, a mix between getting to know the person, and interview targeted questions. They are very responsive. They seem to have a really nice culture in the business and it transpires well

Divided in 3 parts: the first one is a videocall to present the candidate background, competencies, qualifications, skills and experiences; the second one is in person, where there are tasks related to the real daily job, and the third part is the final interview with the company executives.
