Had 2 interviews, the first was a standard intro with the recruiter. Second was with a team lead from another department. While the first went well I could tell the team lead was disinterested and lacked engagment. Though I felt the interview went well and I had some great questions prepared I never heard back from them even after several follow up emails. Noticed now from a few tech company interviews that these guys lack social skills and abilities to manage team and work flow.
