It was a short, easy interview. I was asked some simple questions mostly about handling high paced environments, working in a team and an ability to safely handle possibly dangerous objects.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Aux Vivres (Montreal, QC) in May 2018
Interview
The interview process was very casual. They asked about my experience, and seemed to look for people who were upbeat and friendly. Overall, it was a positive experience, and very standard for a restaurant.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Aux Vivres (Montreal, QC) in Mar 2019
Interview
I met someone in a random office in a warehouse, and they took me somewhere else to speak to the central kitchen manager. I wasn't asked about my CV or my experience at all, in fact they seemed rather desperate to hire me.
