Interview
First-round was the HR call. it went well. 2nd interview was technical round. Typical C#, JavaScript, SQL questions. 3rd interview was with Team Manager. Due to COVID, everything was online. The team manager told me that you have passed technical round so this is not a technical interview, this is more of a discussion where we will see where you will fit in the organization. Delivery Lead couldn't join that meeting that day so they rescheduled the interview next day. When I joined the online meeting the next day, 6 people were asking me questions about SQL, and details about the role for which I am being considered ( this confused me because why would you ask the candidate about the details of the role). The person who reschedules the interview joined only for 15 minutes, gave a lecture on how the team is always available on call after work hours and if you join you also have to work on weekends and pick up our call and left the meeting, rest of the interview was technical.
I get a rejection email after two days.
I could see the mismanagement from multiple levels, they do not know or haven't even seen the resume. The delivery lead didn't even know my name at the time of an interview.

Good interview process. The first one is a normal interview where they talk about what the company works with and their relationship with Microsoft, and the second is technical interview. I didn’t had any coding interview, but questions about my projects etc

The difficulty level of the interview was Medium. The interviewer started asking technical questions from the basic to advanced level. He asked questions in technologies like React.js, Node.js and C#. Finally he asked about the personal projects and a DSA question.
