There were 2 rounds of interviews, a phone interview with recruiter and a video interview with the analytics head, then I got an offer the next day, the phone interview was basically just asking about my background and the video interview was basically the same thing but more focused on if you know analytics or not.

Two interviews, both virtual. First interview is with recruiter, second with your prospective team. Expect delays and technical difficulties. Expect to be ghosted if you do not get the job.

Describe an project that went poorly. How did you respond?
The interview process started with a phone call interview for basic information and two rounds of interviews through MS Teams. Difficulty of each round was average/medium. Recruiter gets back to you pretty quickly as well.
