We had a phone screening with an HR rep. Basically questions about my experience in technology. Afterwards, there's a two back-to-back final interviews with two team members. Questions are about experience and some behavioral questions.
The company was a bit disorganized organizing the interviews, but besides that everything else was great.
First it was a HR phone interview, then you sit with a senior to see a day in the life of Avanade, then senior interview and last an interview with hiring manager
