I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Avanade (Los Angeles, CA) in Feb 2022
Interview
I was referred by a former colleague to a role in Avanade. Recruiting took my resume and aligned a role for me and set up a time to talk with the recruiter. Discussed the role and expectations. Then I had three 1 hour interviews. First with a group manager for behavioral questions. Second was a technical interview going over my resume and how it's relevant to the role. Third was with the hiring manager and covered technical and behavioral questions. The recruiter was very nice and usually responded within a day.
