My initial interview was with a director. I waited for an update and feedback after the interview, never got one. So I had to contact the recruiter, and apparently the message was stuck in their outbox. I was told they would be meeting with the hiring manager the next day for next steps and would get an update after. Waited a couple of days and never got an update. Again reached out to the recruiter, and since then silence. As many of us are going through layoffs we would really appreciate it if we got clear answers instead of being ghosted
