I applied through other source. I interviewed at Avarni (Sydney)
Interview
We had a first interview with general questions about me and some space for me to ask questions.
The second interview was focused on a case study, first explaining the 3 scopes of emissions and then planning an implementation of their solution for a hypothetical client.

Question 1
How much time would x project take and how would you plan it?
I understand it is a startup working to 'change the world', but the whole vibe I got was quite unprofessional ..
I applied for the head of marketing role and was contacted over linkedin by the CEO to schedule a meeting for a first interview. I shared my availability and was generally available. We agreed on a time and was told that I will get a meeting invite. I did not..
On the meeting day, I reached out to remind the gentleman that we had a meeting scheduled the fact that I did not receive a meeting invite with the video conference details. I was told to have the meeting the next morning first thing in the morning. I had to move schedule around and I accepted and received an invite for a 30 minutes meeting.
Next morning the CEO was 10 minutes late for a 30 minutes meeting. We discussed the role and the tech they are working on, and there are certainly opportunities for growth but the whole thing sounded vague with a lot of buzzwords.
I was told that my profile was interesting and that a follow up meeting with the head of products will be set up within a week.
That meeting never took place. I never got a follow up meeting invite.
The whole process was quite unprofessional if the CEO asks for a meeting, doesnt confirm, then upon reminding and setting up the meeting again, shows up late, and so on ..
