I saw a job posting through Indeed so when I clicked on apply, it sent me to Azoff Music Management website to apply there. Once I did that, I got a confirmation email, within like a couple of hours I got another email to do a video interview. The interview was basically answering 4 questions and you are being recorded. The first question was just telling them about yourself and your experience. The second question was what you know about Azoff Music Management, The third question was what do you bring to the role and the fourth question was what to do you expect to gain from this role. Beside that, there was nothing else to do. I got a email the following week that I wasn't selected. I personally don't like a interview where they just ask generic questions and you have to record yourself.
