Online form and a phone interview. Then a day where a group workshop that was done, where you would have to sell an item to your group, do a little bit of customer service with a member of staff and also do a group activity and then one to one interview. This did take about 4-5 hours overall.

I had a group interview with maybe 10 people, we were initially all in a group together are were given some information then we all went into separate rooms for 1-2-1 interviews where they asked the typical questions

Asked us to pick an item from the catalogue and sell it to them.
Did a walk of the shop.
Had to do a team building exercise with other candidates which was observed.

The group part was all about team work but this was in 2013 or so so can't confirm this is still the case
