Overall easy quick interview process in terms of conversations. The one big red flag and something I was not quite comfortable with was the “test” portion of the role. I’m used to perhaps a question or 2 but this surpassed my comfort level with questions that required specific strategies that I would prefer answering if compensation for my time was given. Free work is never ok especially during a difficult job market. I feel confident with what I delivered, high level and suitable for hiring teams to understand my general thinking and process.

Question 1
What strategies would you lay in place to reach a million followers.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at BABY2BABY (Los Angeles, CA) in Aug 2023
Interview
The interview process took place over an online video link. I met with a team member who walked me through the company, job description and any questions I had. The whole interview was very professional and had good, meaningful conversations across the board.

Question 1
How do you see yourself making a difference at this company?
I applied online. I interviewed at BABY2BABY (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
I applied, got an email asking to schedule an interview, we emailed a bit, the scheduled interview time came and went and they never sent me a Zoom link, I asked if they needed to reschedule and they said yes and that they would be in touch, but then they never got back to me. Just ghosted me. I was really excited about the interview, so this was very disappointing and made me feel like maybe I just wasn't good enough for the position and they changed their mind. A classmate who worked there said they were a bit disorganized and that she wouldn't want to work there after her time was up, so I decided to just forget about it and look elsewhere.
