2. Online Tests (Numerical, Literacy, Decision making tests)
3. Video Interview (Automated self recorded)
Made it through to the Assessment Centre which is the final stage
Purely online, quite unusual format with pre-recorded messages and limited time to answer, re-attempts possible but unsure if it’s counted against you. Online portal is slick and quite easy to use.
Feedback emails had lots of [candidate name] and [resource manager] errors however.
