Game based online assessment then a video interview that is done through hirevue. Then a phone call check to set up interview date and ask a few basic questions and then interview stage. Good simple process, took a while to get back though.

Awkward process, video questions which allowed you 1 minute to think of an answer. Not necessarily the best way to filter applicants- post interview behavioural assessment ( done by AI) was entirely inaccurate.

It began with 4 interview questions, then went on to mental aptitude tests—easy links to follow. They also provided a character profile based off the mental aptitude test answers that was generated by AI.
