So this recruiter who has a very friendly description on LinkedIn and boasts about placing candidates with salary hikes and invites people for asking about the roles, never ever replies. Only replies to already successful people who are in their jobs. These words used by such junior and unprofesional recruiters like "oh let us have coffee chat" is superficial. BAH partners should themselves see the posts of their recruiters it is only sued for engagement on social media, nothing else. Absolute worthless to even ask such people who test a job-seeker's patience.

I am working as a software developer in algorithmic trading domain and seeing so many post on job post on sites I applied for one of the C++ developer roles.
Instead of helping me with the job search, the recruiter Craig Barnish forwarded my resume to my employer. I realized it as I had sent my resume only to this guy and just one day after sending my resume my manager started mentally harassing me. It was completely unprofessional and breach of trust, so I confronted him and threatend to sue him as per Hong Kong data privacy law.
It appears that these recruitment firms work as a cartel as later this guy blocked my interviews at several others places where I was working with other recruitment firms.
This guy works with almost all investment banks and other trading firms for their technology roles in Hong Kong and Singapore, so be very skeptical before approaching this firm for your job hunt. If he is working for your employer, he will inform them about your job hunt and forward your resume to them.
