Online interview went well until some behavioral questions were asked about giving an example of how something was handled in the past. As I had never had to do the thing that was asked, I could not answer. When the HR person called to say I was not successful, the unanswered questions was the reason given. I suggested they could have asked what would I do in such a situation. I hope they have taken it on board.
