      Application

I applied through university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at BASF (Pittsburgh, PA) in Oct 2016

      Interview

I interviewed for the position through on campus recruiters. The interview consisted of 2, 30 minute interviews. One was with a recent PDP engineer and on with an employee from a different division. One interview was standard background and behavioral questions. The other was more technical questions and general knowledge.

      Interview

Recruited on college campus during a career fair. First round interview was on campus and second was on-site. During the on-site interview, we had a networking dinner the night before the interview and the next day was split into interviews and a site visit. There were plenty of opportunities to talk to current and former PDPs throughout the process.
