The whole process took 2+ months.
First interview was on HR offices, with a group of 8 candidates
Second interview was on the plant site, along with 16 candidates
The last interview was a one-on-one with area managers

Which BASF product had the most impact in your life?
The interview process was very smooth. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly and helpful; they offered to answer any additional questions I had, which I took advantage of on a later call with one of the interviewers.
I had gone though one interview, directly with the hiring manager over the phone. There was no other interviews with other managers. The questions were It was to the point with reasonable questions and expectations
