      Administrative Interview

      8 Nov 2018
      Anonymous interview candidate
      New York, NY
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied in-person. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at BASF (New York, NY)

      Interview

Received a call from their in house recruiter and had a twenty minute screening call. Waited three weeks for a scheduled interview. Met with around 6 people, took about two hours. Standard interview questions - more of a round table discussion on my background. Had to follow up about 25 times to get an answer on their decision, which is rather rude and in this day and age, unacceptable. Finally sent one last email and instead of a human responding to tell me they chose another candidate, I received an automated bs email.

Standard questions and the last question being ‘why should we hire you’?
