I was ghosted, this was a fake interview with internal candidates already in place. There seems to be a legalistic requirement for them to post jobs that are not open to the 'public'.

Interview
Very thorough. Multiple interviews with several top managers and at multiple locations. Seemed to be focused on internal candidates and only using external candidates to meet some minimum criteria for "looking outside".
