I applied online and the HR reached out for an interview. I had an initial online interview where the main focus was questions related to my resume. After a few days I was invited for an onsite interview which was in Ludwigshafen am Rhein. Few days later, I got the results.

Most of the questions was related to my resume and to explain my responsibilities in my previous job
Very quick process, first phone screening then invite to interview. Interview was held remotely. Only 30 minutes, no case studies only general discussions. I heard back quicky after, and I got an offer what I accepted.
Directly scheduled the interview. It was taken by a non tech person.
