Interview
It was a virtual interview. The interview started by being greeted by the interviews. They are friendly and first introduced themselves. After that, it is mostly about getting to know me more and gauge my suitability. In the end, it is ended with a follow up session on them, to clarify with them if you have any doubts with the role. Overall, I would not say it is that difficult compared to other MNCs, if you prepare it well. I am sure that I will get it had I not answer and interrupt the interview wrongly. So do not worry and think too much, embrace yourself and be the best of you during the interview with them! All the best!

The first step was a recorded video interview with questions about yourself. One of them was why do you want to work at BASF. You can take as long as you want to record your answer and you can change your answer if you want
The panel make us calm by asking personal questions. CV based questions are asked. The panel consists of HR lead, technical lead as well as sales lead. Overall the process went well.
