I applied online on the BAT website and have just recieved an invitation email to go through the cultural test .Im yet to answer it, hoping it will be a positive experience.

Tough as during the interview a lot of technical questions were tested in accounting & finance field, scenarios given and what is your expected answer just to see if you are going to be fit for this role

If there we few departments asking for the report which is due together, how will your prioritize your work? (Note that: All the reports are equally important and urgent.)
Good primero llamada con RH despues con jefe directo de la vacante despues lead del area y un foro, despues examenes medicos y listo te confirman dia de ingreso, el proceso tardo aprox 1 mes por que despues que confirman ingreso preparan user equipo etc
The process included an In person interview and assessment center. The in person interview consisted of the leadership team pertaining to your role, inclusive of HR. The assessment center includes the heads of a majority of departments
