There is an IQ test before face to face with the marketing manager & HR. The IQ test is not hard, so does marketing test. But first, there is phone interview by HR.

Interview
After initial application, series of online assesments quizzes for different compentencies. Each quiz was short in length. Followed by a phone interview, and face to face meeting, all spread out by at least three weeks.
