Horrible application experience, very unprofessional handling of the situation.
I was asked to complete the online cognitive assessment the same day I applied. I completed the verbal reasoning part with ease. The numerical reasoning became progressively harder, reaching questions and calculations in statistical analysis - mind you, for a marketing position. Once I was done, I handed it in. I got a system error. I spent hours on calculating price indices, only to see it go to waste in an instant. Before starting the test, the system specifically tells you that there is no time limit, yet, when I handed it in, the page told me that my assessment was cancelled and that I will be reviewed shortly. Of course, when I contacted the HR personnel, I was told that on their side it looks like as if I haven't done anything. Funnily enough, they also asked me if I still want to be kept in the loop nevertheless. Excuse me? I waste hours on your bugged platform and you are cheeky enough to ask me if I want to be kept in the loop? Long story short, I was not offered the chance to redo the test, instead, I was given a rejection mail shortly after.
