Interview
Interview Process consisted of 3 Phases. Phase 1 - Phone interview with Lead Architect over the phone ( I also followed this up with a face to face meeting which was an informal chat over coffee). Phase 2 - Was a phone interview with HR. Phase 3 was a panel interview with presentation.
