Interview
First step is a screening interview, which was very pleasant. Second step is a case study panel interview, which I actually took a lot of time to prepare for, and took 1 hour to do. This went well and I enjoyed the challenge. The last step is an interview with a director, which was brutal. She was very rude and clearly didn’t want to hire me for whatever reason. They wasted a lot of my time for nothing.
Pymetrics general ability assessment followed by group case with other people. The case is based on a business case that you have to mutually reach a decision towards, followed by an individual presentation
Very long, lots of back and fourth after an accepted offer. For such a large company this is somewhat expected but over a month and a half is ridiculous. From offer to start date
