The interview process was rather smooth sailing. There are 3 phases. The first is an Online test, then there will be a phone call, lastly it is a face to face or zoom.

Applied online waited for about 2 weeks for them to send me an online test. Completed the online test waited about a week to find out that I failed. They said that I didn't fit into there culture which is very specific.

Look at the culture of BAT; they are looking for a certain type of person that fits in with them.
I applied in February 2016, wore an online numerical and verbal online test like 5 days later then was was iinvited for an assessment test. It was a case study it lasted for 1:30 mins and I was informed via email after 6 days that my application was not going to be processed further.
