Panel with 6 people asking question, your immediate manager is there as well. If they do not like you, it doesn’t matter. They grade you based on your responses and totalled it up in the end. Behavioural interview type.

It was an informative interview and then a 10 mins timed test. The interview was about the role and challenges on the job, and the test was a voice recording of a voicemail and how we could quickly summarize the information—two calls - 5 mins each, to summarize all the numbers, names, and message content. It was a group interview.

Three hour orientation & test session. Orientation is about the company and the position and it was very thorough. Very motivating too.
Testing was basic math, excel, verbal and written business English, numbers recognition, typing,
Also asked to do a mock phone call. It was a mock application process for housing program.
Firs was an online test, then was invited to an introduction lesson and then a 2hrs in person interview. The last interview was mostly behavioral questions and was followed by answering a phone regarding to communicating to an applicant.
