Interview
I applied personally. I dropped off the resume and I was called 3 days latter. I had an initial phone conversation (not interview) that lead to a first interview. First interview was about experience and education, it lasted about an hour and a half. Two days latter I got a phone call and I was scheduled to take a test related to the position (not a joke, that was hard). I lasted a full day. Eight hours testing different subjects related to the position and an IQ test. Two days latter I received a call and I was scheduled for another interview. Final interview was with the owners. I was very surprised on how much they care about family, and ethical and moral values.
