Schreckliche Erfahrung.
They ghosted me after 4(!!) rounds of interviews. That said, the HR representative said right away that the position is entry level (and that’s why they would be paying less than what I indicated).
Judging by the rest of the reviews, I have dodged a bullet here.
I also have mixed feelings about the interviews since, even though there were 4 of them, every next person was pretty much asking the same generic questions. It seems that different departments are not in touch with each other.

Tell me about yourself
How do you manage big workloads

Where do you see yourself in 5 years
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at BSBI in Mar 2024
Interview
I applied online. First, I had a conversation with HR, which was very professional and positive. They immediately told me how much they were paying. Then I had an interview with a line manager, also positive. The whole thing lasted maybe two weeks.

Question 1
Basically, if you have a PhD and know how to use Teams, you've already got the job. At most, they'll ask about your teaching experience and trivial questions. But accepting their offer was a mistake, as you can read in the Reviews section.
