Very efficient and professional processes. The interviewers tried to get to know me first which showed that the company care for its people. It really put me at ease and interested me more in Backbase.

Reached out to me on Linked In. Went through the JD, 3 rounds of interviews, Plus a "case round". It's a highly technical company, but overall is a good process.

3 stage process, step 1 with hr, step 2 with hiring manager and final interview is case presentation. I received feedback the very same day for all the steps. The case presentation is quite challenging i should say.
