Overall well professional way of approaching. There are 4 rounds of interviews.
I was contacted by the recruiter via LinkedIn and had around 30 min interview call. This discussion about the experience , job roles and responsibilities. 2nd interview with the delivery manager, It's most likely to check management skills, agile and experiences , No technical questions. 3rd interview about the technical interview. Technical questions like design, coding, testing, security , deployment, etc. 4th Interview is a case study presentation for the architecture design and questions were asked about the design approach , security, deployment, customer interactions related, etc.

3 stage process, step 1 with hr, step 2 with hiring manager and final interview is case presentation. I received feedback the very same day for all the steps. The case presentation is quite challenging i should say.

Interview process conducted over 4 rounds. Initial screening interview with HR. Followed by a technical interview. A case study was then presented to a broader group. Final interview the hiring manager.
