Not too difficult and employees were relatively personable. Would've appreciated better communication from the HR team instead of simple ghosting. do better

Der Interviewtag bestand aus 3 Interviews (Personal Fit, 2 Cases). Ganz zu Anfang gab es auch eine Unternehmenspräsentation wie sich Bain sieht bzw. was Bain's Value Proposition ist und wie der Karriereweg aussieht. Insgesamt eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre. Durch den PE-Fokus sehr Corporate Finance lastige Beratung.
I applied online and got a online assessment after ~1 week. I completed the online test but I haven't heard back since then. The timeline is a bit uncertain to me.
First round case interviews. Got standard questions about profitability and market entry. IMO the most difficult part was reading complex charts and distilling the key insights with time pressure. There was little behavioral.
