Very Good people. It is very competitive, but worth your time and effort. Excellent process to learn from even if you fail. Everyone is nice, and challenging at the same time. It is an enriching experiencing.
Online assessment testing on analysis and problem-solving skills, followed by a video assessment with about 2 tries only. The process was quite lengthy and it is recommended for you to come prepared for the assessment.
