2 main rounds, 3 interviews in the first and 2 interviews in the second. The second round was much easier to build rapport because the first round is a blind interview where they try and remove as much bias as possible (no resume, can't mention past company names).

Stattdessen Reaktionsfragen à la „Wie würdest du in Situation XYZ reagieren?". Mit solider Vorbereitung nichts Unerwartetes. Alle Interviewer sehr freundlich und aufgeschlossen — angenehme, entspannte Atmosphäre throughout.
