Initial Interview is a zoom call meeting, very straight forward call with the process laid out, and timelines as well as next steps to look forward to. A short assessment questionnaire.

The interview process was smooth and professional. It started with an introduction of the company and the role, followed by several behavioral and situational questions. The interviewer focused on understanding my background, how I handle client interactions, and how I define solution strategies. I was also asked about my leadership experience, technical knowledge, and how I align business needs with product solutions. Overall, it felt like a conversation more than a formal interrogation, and the interviewer made sure I felt comfortable throughout the process.
