It's a 5 step process that includes pre-placement presentation, aptitude, group discussion, psychometric test and face-to-face interview. The selection procedure goes pretty well and it takes a full day. aptitude, group discussion and face-to-face interview are elimination round.

I got selected through the campus process. The process was like first PPT round by the company HR and followed by written aptitude test, 2 round of group discussion, psychometric test and finally personal interview.
