The first interview was a Human Resources screening interview between the candidate and a member of Human Resources to discuss the role, your background, education and experience in detail. The full meeting lasted about an hour and fifteen minutes.
The process consisted of three thirty-minute Zoom calls then a final in-person, in-office meeting. Almost everything reflected behavioral questioning, with minimal technical quizzing. Preparation consisted of reviewing my story and warming up conversationally.
