Ballantyne Strong interview questions

Typical interview, asked for background, my skills, what I look for in a manager. The interview was with 2 managers. 1 who was my direct manager and then his. Took less than a half hour.

Was first phone screened by recruiter/HR. First interview was 1 on 1's with hiring manager and various team leads. Was then called back for a second interview with hiring manager, executive, and given a tour before getting an offer. Entire process happened within about 10 days.
