Written test and HR Interview. Written test is taken online and evaluated by partner(s). The HR and Partner(s) interview the candidate to see is s/he is a right fit for the Company culture, and if the experience can be leveraged in the Comapny

It was a very brief interview with the Senior Partner wherein questions relating to my english knowledge, writing skills and the willingness to work were asked. Also the interview was only for a period of ten minutes wherein the Senior Partner also asked me if I had knowledge about the field of Intellectual Property Law.
