Very good!! I dont like HireVue tho. They gave many details before second round that prepared you very well as to what they were looking for in their candidates. everything was through their portal and centralized as well which was nice.

HireVue interview, mostly behavioral that focused on motivations for the role and examples of times you performed the required activities. Questions were in both Japanese and English. Each question had three minutes to respond, which seemed excessive.

Explain what past experiences best prepared you for this role (answer in Japanese).
Three questions, about yourself and the role you applied for, how you implemented a client's want (client can be anyone from coworker to friend) and the current event within the world that affects your role.
