Interview
I had an interview with the recruiter, a higher up Executive, then a phone role play with 3 person interactive mock scenarios. It was one of the WORST processes I have ever had. Especially given that I know of others who didn't have to go thru this process.

Interview
Very long process. Had four interviews and was told I had the position pending the approval of the executive. Then I was told by HR that the executive liked me and was impressed. Next thing, I know I got an email saying I did not get the position right now but maybe later. This process took almost three months.
