1. Online assessment (situation that may occur in this role)
2. HireVue (Online interview, complete as soon as possible, behavioral question )
3. Phone call ( informative call about training, benefits etc)
4. Region manager interview (one hours on site)
5. Mandarin assessment (phone about half hour)
5. Branch manager interview (around one hour, on site)
Nice and professional. Questions were not difficult. The interviewer was very welcoming and was the experience feel very personalized. She was inviting and shows compassion and empathy towards my goals and answers to her questions. She provided great feedback and made relatable comments to how she could understand my answers and would do the same in the situation.

The process was smooth with clear communication. I was able to get constant and timely update on my application status. The recruiters and interviews were friendly and made you feel relax and comfortable l.
Simple. Sales focused. Interviewed with he, then the market manager, then branch manager. Began within 30 days after pay negotiations. Initial interview was a recorded one. Second language was a plus
