I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Bank of America (Charlotte, NC) in Feb 2010
Interview
I had 2 1:1 interviews at my school's career services offices. Interviews were not technical, and were mostly concentrated on the assessment of fit, personality, leadership experience, and activities outside school. They apparently liked the fact that I was working while keeping up a pretty high GPA. The interviews were conducted by real executives (not HR people) in an informal manner, no trick questions. One of the interviewers ended up talking about her family.
Advice: don't be nervous. Try to think about specific instances of when you exhbited leadership qualities, kept your cool during a difficult situation, worked well in a team. Be prepared to answer why you are interested in the position, especially if your background does not clearly answer the question,
The interview was with two people at the same time. There was only one round and the interview lasted an hour. No technical questions, everything was behavioral. Overall a good experience.
Application, followed by hirevue and interviews by analysts. Standard interview questions provided during the interview, such as introducing yourself, strengths and weakness, and technical questions on financial accounting. Overall pleasant interview.

Question 1
Introduce yourself, accounting questions that are standard
Very easy process and recruiter were super nice. I did it through a program so I think most of us got an offer though. I would recommend to anyone out of college just make sure you use the STAR method.
