      I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Bank of America in Feb 2015

      In person interviews were great. I interviewed with multiple contacts and the interviews went very well, but I never heard one word back from them. A letter or email letting me know they went another direction or hired internally would have been nice. They left everything hanging by never contacting me on the outcome of the position. Very RUDE business practice.

      I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bank of America (Sydney) in Jun 2020

      Interview

      Received call within 24 hours is submitting resume, and first interview scheduled within 5 days of application. In total, 7 interviews: 1. HR - basic scoping call 2. Local Hiring Manager and HO Product - in depth, 1 hour, behaviour/technical q's 3. Regional HO Industry group Sales - direct line manager, half hour, fairly informal 4. Regional HO Product - half hour, informal, get to know you type meeting 5. Regional HO sub-Industry Sales - half hour, get to know you. 6. Regional HO HR - half hour, talk about culture fit and ensure clarity on past roles 7. Regional MD of entire business unit - half hour, informal, focus on culture to ensure good fit. Interview process took two weeks, offer was made on 3rd week (verbal), contract came a few weeks after acceptance.
