I applied for a Sr position knowing that I did not have the required experience. A week later I got my general declined letter. 5 days later the recruiter contacted me to see if I was interested in a postion within the same department for which I had applied for but for a entry level postion. I was interested in the position and scheduled for an interview the next day. A week later I interviewed with the department managers and 3 days later received an offer.
