i was offer the position at bank of america but than they withdraw their offer because i worked for country wide in the past and i was terminated by them and since they purchase the company they dont due re-hires so i was very disappointment by that because it was a great offer and salary package

Interview
I went to a job fair, submitted my application in person. They review applications and pick which candidates qualify, those that qualify went to the first round interview, if you pass the first round interview, you then get sent to a second interview, once you pass that, you go in for a third interview. Once you pass the third interview, you're either declined or offered a job, which I was. The interview is average. Took 15 days to start orientation.

Interview
The whole process was really fast. I was contacted by a recruiter by e-mail. Later I took an assessment test on line. Two day later the recruiter called me to let me know about the assessment test result and to schedule a phone interview. I took the phone interview and the person asked question about my last job and questions the position and about Bank of America. A face-to-face interview as scheduled and it was really pleasant . I met two managers and they were really nice and respectful with me. I felt comfortable answer the questions and at the and I was hired.
